My passion is for cooking, I like to experiment with different ingredients and create meals which are not only tasty but nutritious too. My recipes have been inspired from all of the various places I have visited across the world. I believe that cooking should be fun and enjoyable and not a chore or burden. We have to remember we need food in order to survive and for our bodies to function properly so why not give our bodies the best fuel that it deserves. I believe that the food we eat has a massive impact on our overall health and wellbeing however I feel that a lot of people struggle to make the right food choices as there is so much conflicting information available and people have become confused about which foods are healthy and which foods are not.
My area of expertise is educating the public on how to live a healthy life through food. In my experience I have noticed a massive increase in diet related illnesses like IBS, stomach pains, acne, arthritis, muscle cramping, diabetes, high cholesterol and sinus problems. The majority of these illness can be reversed or reduced with the right nutritional education and guidance.
