Homemade Granola
Refined Sugar free


4 cups of porridge oats

2 cups of plain almonds/walnuts/hazelnuts/mixed nuts

½ sunflower seed

½ cup of flaxseeds

2 tablespoons of coconut oil

2 tablespoons of Tahini/Peanut Butter



  1. In a saucepan, melt the coconut oil and tahini/Peanut Butter
  2. In a bowl place the porridge oats and pour in the coconut mixture
  3. Mix well, then place the mixture on a baking tray which is layered with tin foil
  4. Put in oven for 20 minutes, removing and mixing every 5-10 minutes. Cook until golden
  5. Remove from oven, then add the rest of the ingredients mix well
  6. Store in a cool dry place
  7. Portion size is half a medium sized bowl
